Discover Device Policy For Refunds or Return for Credit:

Return policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within (30) calendar days of delivery for a refund or house credit.All returnable Discover Device items must be received back to the Discover Device Warehouse within 30 days of original delivery date.

 

  • Please contact email: service@discoverdevice.com.
  • Provide your order number at the time of purchase in the email.
  • Provide photos of wrong products or damaged products in the email.
  • Provide your delivery address information and recipient information in the email.
  • You will receive a reply whether we agree to the refund within 3 working days.
  • If we agree to your return request, you can return the goods to the Discover Device warehouse within 30 days.

 

Subject to the terms below.

 

1.Please let us know your order ID if there is any question about your order.please contact us at service@discoverdevice.com  and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

2.If the buyer returns the goods just because you didn’t want it anymore, then the buyer pays the return or exchange shipping cost. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be based on the price of the shipping company.

3.Exchanges,We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you've simply been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at service@discoverdevice.com.If applicable, the Shipping costs in this case will be paid by us.

4.Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you want a refund, you need to wait until the package reaches the destination.We only refund the cost of the product,The shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

5.If you are shipping an item back to us we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

 

 

Refund policy:

1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3.We will refund you when we receive the item. Generally, due to the bank workflow, The refund will be issued to your original payment account in 3-7 working days.but we cannot make sure the exact date. We are truly sorry about that.

 

Cancel order:

You can cancel an order within 12 hours from the day you place the order.

We will refund you all the money if the items have not been shipped.
If the item has been shipped, and we can’t get the item back, you will not get the money. I am sorry.
